Scarborough Engineering has been playing around with electric propulsion for a number of years. We have been through the various changes, from DC brushed motors, to DC Brushless Motors to our latest offering of AC induction motors. 

Made in Australia, an AC induction motor that is wound to your Kilowatt requirement. It is fitted with a Curtis controller and a Lithium Ion Battery pack. The Curtis controller allows us to adjust the motor’s RPM and amperage draw, which allows us to individually tune the motor to each installation. 

The package comes with the Curtis controller, battery management gauges, AC Motor and Lithium 48 volt Ion battery pack.
